Product description
The Type NKX is a single-stage standard pump according to EN 733, designed for thermal oil applications. Non-standard sizes can be adapted to operator requirements and staged to achieve optimal efficiency.

Design features
This pump is a single-stage, single-suction volute pump in a light design with an axial suction nozzle and a centreline, vertically upward discharge nozzle. Axial thrust is balanced by relief bores.

Bearings and sealing
The pump shaft is supported on the impeller side by a SiC plain bearing and on the drive side by a grease-lubricated rolling bearing. The patented cooling and degassing system ensures continuous venting of the mechanical seal chamber; no external intervention is required. The pump is self-venting.

Operating limits
Additional cooling permits operation up to 3500 min−1. The rolling bearing temperature never exceeds 100 °C even under extreme load conditions.
