BR Big Rolls Slitter Rewinder Description Machine designed to slit and rewind different materials, such as paper, nonwoven and filter paper. Allows a perfect quality of slitted rolls. Process - Central unwinder with break and air shaft. - Shear or crush slitting system. - Peripheral winder with two support rolls and one rider roll. - An inflatable shaft is use on the winder. - Adjustable speed between the support rolls for tension control. - Automatic tension control with load cells or dancer. - Taper tension and taper NIP. Optionals - Shaftless unwinder. - Peripheral band on the winder. - Guiding system. - Trim extraction system. - Unloading table. - Two bow rolls system for material separation.
