Duplex Slitter Rewinder Description Machine designed to slit and rewind plastic film and its lamination. Built with differential friction shafts in the rewinding section. Taper tension programmed at the HMI. Designed to stop automatically at the defined diameter or length. Process - Shaftless unwinder with 3” to 6” chucks. - Line alignment system. - Anti static bars. - Razor slitting system. - 3” differential friction shafts for rewinding. Options Shear slitting system, core positioning laser system, rolls ejection system and different core ID options for rewinder.
