Simplex Slitter Rewinder for Paper Description Slitter rewinder machine for paper and cardboard rolls, works with a range for 30 gr/m2 to 700 gr/m2. Easy to operate, provides excellent finishing and easy separation of finished roll. Process - Central unwinder system with air shaft. - Shear slitting system. - Central rewinder system with air shaft. - Rider roll system with pneumatic cylinders to control the density of the rewind roll. Bow roller with variable curvature to separate the cut rolls. - Automatic tension control with pneumatic brake and ultrasonic sensor. Arm system for loading and unloading rolls at floor level. - Manual alignment system, with unwinder mounted on linear guides. Optionals - Shaft for diferentes diameter. - Automatic alignment system. - Remote connection for fast troubleshooting.
