A system for the dispensing of adhesives in the packaging industry
The ladomix is a compact, mobile metering and mixing system for lamination in the packaging industry. It processes solvent-free, self-leveling two-component laminating adhesives made of polyurethane in a mixing ratio of 100:100 to 100:10. The material is then dispensed into the gap between the rollers of the laminating machine and applied onto the outer film of the packaging. Lastly, the outer film is glued to the inner film.
Advantages of the ladomix
Reliable material supply
Material containers are used for material supply and can be refilled via pump stations. The fill level of the material containers is continuously monitored by analog rod probes. Metering is carried out by high-precision gear pumps.
Homogeneous mixing of the material
The metering pumps are driven by three-phase asynchronous motors. Both gear pumps are equipped with overpressure protection as standard. The system features a static mixing system consisting of a 2K valve in combination with a static plastic mixing tube.
Optionally integrated volume measuring cells allow continuous monitoring of the mixing ratio within freely parameterizable tolerances. In addition, the system can be equipped with a continuous mixing ratio control that actively adjusts the ratio in case of deviations. This ensures a constant mixing ratio of the material components. After curing, the mixing tube can be disposed of cost-effectively, eliminating the need for elaborate and environmentally harmful flushing.
