In contrast to the mini dosing valve, it covers a wider range of possible dosing quantities. The valve consists of two structurally separate parts. This design prevents uncontrolled leakage of the medium into the pneumatic cylinder and thus prevents interference with the valve needle. The shot volume can be set within a predefined range using the stop screw. The dispensing cycle is controlled pneumatically or electrically by means of a solenoid valve. Manual application by hand is just as possible as integration into a fully automated process. Advantages The chamber dosing valve is characterized by high reproducibility, short cycle times and low maintenance requirements. The mode of operation also enables higher process reliability as well as a suck-back effect, which prevents dripping of low-viscosity media.
