OverviewThe GP Series 10‑passage rotary unions provide ten independent fluid passages with specialized sealing suitable for vacuum and bidirectional pressures, enabling simultaneous transfer of different media. Standard construction is carbon steel (black oxide) for air/gas, coolant and hydraulic service; stainless steel variants are available for corrosion resistance and for water or corrosive media. Side shaft and housing connections are standard NPT or BSPP; optional O‑ring face‑seal glands can be specified. These unions are designed to integrate with compatible electrical slip rings when combined fluid and electrical transfer is required.

Temperature range for standard seals: 0° F to 220° F [-18° C to 105° C]. Operational life depends on rotational speed, duty cycle and media. Applications above 220° F (105° C) or water media above 212° F (100° C) require alternative seal materials. Use rust inhibitors with Water/Glycol or coolant media; use petroleum‑based fluids for Oil/Hydraulic applications.
