The mini pasteurizer is the ideal solution to start the Mini dairy business by using a very flexible, performing and user-friendly machine. The machine is suitable to pasteurize milk and for raw milk processing. How it's made and how it works: - Stainless steel cylindrical double wall container ENTIRELY WELDED (NOT RIVETED) with cavity with water, lateral discharge butterfly valve and cover; - Support with adjustable feet; - Complete with agitator and probe for product and cavity; - HEATING TYPE: ELECTRIC IN A BAIN MARIE; - COOLING TYPE: WATER TO LOOSE or ICE WATER (optional); - Control panel with manual or automatic mode (programs can be set).
