Overview
Energy Brain option that enables the automatic sending of e-mails with three types of reports.

Reports provided

• Download failures report: an automatic email sent after each data download by Energy Brain containing the list of selected devices with the last successful download. Any error is indicated in red with the reference date of the last valid data and the number of missing records. Example of an error: a tool switched off or not available.
• Thresholds exceeded report (MD, E): daily/monthly emails sent automatically only when values in the Energy Brain database exceed or fall below user-set thresholds. Useful to manage many measurement points and be notified of consumption/production anomalies. Thresholds can be configured for the total value and/or for each single tariff.
• Energy consumed/produced report: daily/monthly summary of energy consumed or produced. After data download by Energy Brain, the email is sent with energy data for the previous day or month.

Behaviour and configuration

• Automatic sending of emails triggered after data download operations.
• Emails list selected devices and indicate successful downloads; errors include last valid data date and count of missing records.
• Thresholds configurable per total and per tariff; notifications only sent when thresholds are exceeded or not met.
• Reports available on daily or monthly basis depending on report type.
