Internal dimensions and shapes of dipping caps The size of an immersion cap should exactly match the size or dimensions of the object to be protected. To ensure this, we offer a wide range of sizes, from small, square dipping caps for smaller pin or rod ends to larger versions that are ideal for larger industrial components. Our square PVC dipping caps are available with internal dimensions from 1.5 x 10 mm to 100 x 100 mm. With regard to the colours of the dipping caps, you have a free choice at emico. We also offer our square PVC dipping caps in various lengths. From short caps that are sufficient to cover the end of a cable end or rod, to longer caps that offer extended protection.
