A multitude of special tools is available for production methods such as dry machining, tapping with minimum quantity lubrication (MQL) or high-speed machining. The collet holder Speedsynchro® Modular/ NFC with integrated transmission gear is suitable for the serial production of threads which enables time savings of up to 50%. A large selection of taps, cold-forming taps or thread milling cutters is available for third-party manufacturer or companies with small production lots. Specialists for individual materials or special tools are available to consult series manufacturers with large batch sizes in order to achieve maximum tool life and low cost-per-part. We provide a regrinding service and recoating service for used tools. The tools are refurbished in the same quality that you have come to expect from our new products.
