PLANET EV-TC is a vision inspection system for both tablets and capsules. A single platform handles multiple product formats with minimal changeover, providing full-angle inspection coverage through a multi-camera array and integrated feeding solution.

Inspection Capabilities

• Detects cracks, print errors, discoloration, double caps, misprints, fill/level anomalies and a broad range of external and internal defects.
• Standard configuration: 10 × 2D cameras + 2 × 3D cameras for full-angle external coverage.
• Optional configuration: up to 14 × 2D + IR cameras for combined inside-and-out inspection including internal fill volume assessment.

Tooling & Feeding

• Quick changeover with modular tooling sets covering tablets and capsules.
• Vibration screw feeder provides precise feeding and effective de-dusting at high throughput.

Stability & Sorting
