The Enerpat oil filter recycling solution integrates both hardware and software in a modular design. The production line includes a conveying system, shredding system, magnetic separation system, dust removal system, and automated control system.
Oil filters undergo primary shredding by a four-shaft shredder, reducing them into 60mm pieces. These shredded materials then pass through a vibrating screen, which not only ensures uniform discharge to the next processing stage but also helps shake out residual oil.
A magnetic separator is used to separate iron from paper within the material. The recovered scrap iron is further processed by a hammer mill into small, ball-shaped pieces, then washed and dried into clean, dry metal. The oil-soaked paper is de-oiled and processed into dry paper.
