The ENERPAT Metal Chips Recycling System is designed to efficiently compress metal chips and turnings, such as steel, aluminum, copper, and stainless steel, into compact briquettes. This process reduces the volume of metal scraps, saving energy for furnaces and enhancing resource utilization.
With a capacity range of 25 kg/h to 4000 kg/h, the system is fully automated, enabling the direct compression of metal chips into uniform briquettes while separating cutting oil. This ensures the briquettes remain uncontaminated, and the extracted cutting oil is recovered for reuse.
The system not only minimizes waste volume but also facilitates remelting, contributing to improved recycling efficiency and passing environmental audits.
