ENERPAT Hammer Mill is specifically designed for shredding scrap metals, including car engines, car wheels, motors, steel scrap, and aluminum scrap. It effectively shreds and separates metals such as steel, aluminum, and non-metallic materials. The system’s capacity ranges from 5 tons/h to 30 tons/h.
The ENERPAT Hammer Mill Line adopts a modular design, where each machine operates efficiently and collaborates seamlessly. It offers flexible control, compactness, and excellent performance. The layout is customizable to suit various production sites and requirements.
In operation, scrap metal is fed into the shredder, reducing it to smaller material specifications. The material is then vibrated through a feeder and uniformly transported to a magnetic separator, which separates iron metal. The remaining material passes through an eddy current separator, separating non-ferrous and non-metallic metals. This production line ensures effective separation of iron metal, non-ferrous metals, and impurities, achieving over 98% purity in the recovered iron metal.
