Millions of end-of-life tires are generated every year, containing recoverable materials including rubber and high-tensile steel wire. Recycled rubber can be used in sports surfaces, rubber mats, artificial turf infill, and asphalt modification, while recovered steel can be returned to the metal recycling market. Enerpat provides a complete solution for converting whole tires into reusable materials through shredding, steel separation, granulation, and packaging. Tire Recycling Process
  • Tire Shredding — Whole tires are fed into the first processing stage and reduced into smaller tire chips to create a manageable material size for downstream steps.
  • Steel Wire Separation — Shredded tire material passes through separation processes where embedded steel wire is removed from the rubber; material size is further reduced during this stage.
  • Rubber Granulation — The remaining rubber is processed into uniform granules. Different particle sizes can be produced depending on the intended application and market requirements.
  • Material Collection & Baling — Finished rubber granules and recovered steel wire are collected separately for storage, transport, or sale; materials can be baled or packaged for onward reuse.
