Composite autoclaves have to be designed and produced under special condition and standards. The main reason for this sensitivity is that most of the parts produced in the composite autoclave are used in aircraft, in the production of military materials and in the space industry. PRODUCTION Because of the price of composit material , curring must be under homogenic conditions and slow heating and cooling rumping process . For this purpose, the aviation composite autoclave is equipped with a special control software as well as an efficient and homogeneous heat transfer system. We manufacture and supply cooling tower, heating and cooling system, vacuum unit, motor and fan systems in composite autoclave systems according to customer demands. PRODUCTION CAPACITY Although it depends on customer demands, as ERALP Kazan, we produce composite autoclaves with Ø 1800mm, 70 bar operating pressure and up to 15,000 mm. PRODUCTION STANDARD Autoclaves are manufactured in accordance with EN 13445 or AD Merkblatt 2000 standards. Controlled according to the 2014/68 EU Pressure Equipment Directive and module G under CE certification . If requested, we can also produce in accordance with ASME Section I and with the “S” stamp, thanks to our existing certificates.
