Description

In the textile industry, the yarn needs fixation to gain strength. A fixation autoclave is used for this process. PRODUCTION As Eralp we design and produce our autoclave doors with hot rolled rings . Accoording to our customer demands, we can also supply doors from German Scholz Gmbh company which has more experience in autoclave doors, When we supply doors from Scholz , we manufacture Shell and other component in our factories. For textile industry , Eralp provides integrated solutions by providing fixe Autoclave and Steam Boiler with piping . Also Eralp is able to manufacture fixe autoclave with double doors which operation time is faster than one door autoclaves. PRODUCTION CAPACITY According to our customer demands, as ERALP Boiler, we produce autoclaves with Ø 5.000mm diameter , 20 bar operating pressure and up to 61,000 mm lenght. PRODUCTION STANDARD Autoclaves are manufactured in accordance with EN 13445 or AD Merkblatt 2000 standards. Controlled according to the 2014/68 EU Pressure Equipment Directive and module G under CE certification . If requested, we can also produce in accordance with ASME Section I and with the “S” stamp, thanks to our existing certificates.
