It is produced according to special demands to carry out rubber curing, rubber coating, rubber or tire vulcanization , Vulcanization is a chemical process that enhances the properties of rubber or similar polymers under pressure and high temperature .Also Vulcanization is a very impotant step in the production of rubber products, making them more durable, elastic, and resistant to environmental factors. PRODUCTION It is possible to perform vulcanization processes in autoclaves under direct steam, indirect steam, air and steam mixture and electricity. Autoclaves, which are generally designed to operate with direct steam at 15 barg and 200˚C, enable cross-linking and permanent shaping of rubber and plastic products thanks to vulcanization. Vulcanizing autoclaves, which allow homogeneous and rapid curing, require support systems such as a steam boiler. As Eralp Kazan, we provide turnkey service to our customers by producing both the autoclave and the necessary steam boiler. PRODUCTION CAPACITY Depends on customer demands, as ERALP Boiler, we produce autoclaves with Ø 5000mm diameter , 20 bar operating pressure and up to 61,000 mm lenght . PRODUCTION STANDARD Autoclaves are manufactured in accordance with EN 13445 and AD Merkblatt 2000 standards, controlled according to the 2014/68 EU Pressure Equipment Directive and module B+F or G, and are CE certified. If requested, we can also produce in accordance with ASME Section I and with the “S” stamp, thanks to our existing certificates.
