The Schule fluidised bed drier/cooler has been designed for gentle drying and cooling of cereals, flakes and legumes. It is completely made of stainless steel, especially for the requirements of the food industry.
The product is fed into the machine through the inlet and is directly distributed on the entire drier width. Within the first section, hot air flows through the product from the bottom to the top. By an oscillating movement of the machine and the through-flow of air, the product is both dried homogeneously and conveyed uniformly through the drier into the next section. In the second section, the product is cooled with ambient air. By the oscillating movement it is conveyed to the outlet of the drier.
Thanks to various setting options, the final moisture of the product can be adapted within the process at any time.
