Product overview
Compact access keypads for gates, doors and barriers. The FAAC XKP series includes the wired XKP B (BUS 2easy) and the battery-powered wireless XKP W 868 (FAAC SLH rolling-code). Supports up to 255 user codes for flexible access management.

Functional design
Keypads are activated by entering an alphanumeric code. Two operating modes are available:

• EASY: each user code triggers one predefined command.
• ADVANCED: each user code can trigger one, multiple or all available commands.

Quality materials
Construction uses a painted aluminium base and a stainless-steel keypad cover with blue LED backlighting. Designed for outdoor use, the keypads resist rain, snow and humidity and remain operable with gloves.

Connection (XKP B)
The XKP B model uses BUS 2easy technology over two non-polarised wires. It connects to control boards with BUS 2easy in 1- or 2-command mode and can interface with BUS XBR2 and XBR4 for 2 or 4 command availability. Cable short-circuiting does not transmit a command (tamper protection). BUS 2easy includes an integrated fail-safe check.

Wireless: patented technology (XKP W 868)
The XKP W 868 is battery powered and wireless, transmitting up to 4 distinct commands. FAAC SLH rolling-code technology changes the code at each use to maximise security.
