Description

Smart HGM is a new-generation intelligent laser processing machine independently developed by HG Star, specifically designed for precision machining of coated glass, lenses, and specialty glass. This system integrates laser sandblasting, coating removal, and glass drilling into one unit, replacing traditional frosting and sandblasting processes. It enables a one-pass, green, and consumable-free processing mode, offering high efficiency and environmental benefits. Laser paint removal on smartphone glass covers or protective shells for logo patterns and indicator window openings Micro-hole drilling on glass components for smart wearable devices (e.g. microphone holes, sensor openings) Laser sandblasting for AG (anti-glare), matte finishes, or localized anti-slip surface textures Laser film removal on the surface of photovoltaic glass (edge coating removal) Drilling of vent holes and positioning holes in battery glass housings Laser sandblasting for patterned treatment on microcrystalline and induction cooker glass Drilling and film removal for display glass (e.g. refrigerator doors, kitchen appliance control panels)
