SILENT-POWER® (spiral knife cutterblock)
The SILENT-POWER® spiral knife cutterblock significantly reduces noise and produces short, compact chips for more effective extraction and fewer dust bag changes. Tungsten carbide spiral inserts provide a constant pulling cut for tear-free planing on all wood types. Individual damaged blades can be replaced quickly, extending usable tool life and lowering operating costs.

Intuitive FORMAT4 changeover concept
The FORMAT4 operating concept minimizes effort when switching between jointing and planing. A synchronized table clamping system enables locking and opening the jointing tables with a simple hand action; industrial springs assist table opening for smooth operation.

Stability & precision
Four trapezoidal spindles deliver precise adjustment and high load capacity for the planing bed. Longitudinal guides integrated in the machine chassis absorb outfeed pressure and guide the table with accuracy to a tenth of a millimetre.
