The dimensions of the support surface are considered with the hood closed. They are double film reels, with the front side open for the insertion of the products. The thickness is limited (from 19 to 30 my) to facilitate heat shrinking even in smaller chambers. The length of the coils depends on the thickness of the material.The main materials used are:PVC: suitable for packaging of technical products. Best qualityCHOOSING THE RANGE FILMChoosing the proper width of the film is essential to be able to pack products without wasting material.To choose the size of the folded film, verify the actual size of the box or product to be packaged and calculate the perimeter of the smaller side.Example: if you have a box measuring 30cm x 20cm x H10 cm, you are going to insert the box in the machine on the 30cm side. If you look in front, you will see the 20x10 cm side.The coil is centrefold. So you have to calculate half the perimeter (5+20+5 cm) and add at least 5 cm.
