Custom Packaging Cutters We manufacture cutters of any size, suitable for cutting plastic films, foil, bubble or expanded polyethylene, and other plastic protection materials to the desired length. Cutters can be made with: - Supplied in the standard version with cutting unit with trapezoidal blade for plastic films such as polyethylene foil, bubble wrap, foam, and paper. - Upon request, we can supply the cutting unit with circular blade for corrugated cardboard or kraft paper. The cutters are mounted on a frame equipped with a roll holder with a capacity of up to 100 kg and an axis with a diameter of 60 mm. The reel axis is equipped with an adjustable brake which is always active. When the operator unwinds the material, the brake will cause some friction, ensuring that the reel does not unwind more than necessary. The flow rate is to be considered uniformly distributed over the entire length of the pin. Upon request, it is possible to create reinforced frames with a capacity of up to 200 or 300 kg and reel-holding cones with increased dimensions for large reels (such as bubble wrap or foam). - Cutter useful width 1000 mm. complete with sturdy painted structure and wheels with brakes.
