Description
Stablelock swing clamps swivel the arm into position and clamp straight down to provide direct downward pressure on the workpiece. They use a spring-loaded ball mechanism to deliver a constant clamping force with positive locking and a tactile "click" at the clamping end point to avoid overtightening. Indication lines on the handle and body show locked/unlocked positions. The arm swings fully clear to allow easy loading and unloading. Part numbers ending in R clamp clockwise; those ending in L clamp counterclockwise. A gripper or screw can be attached to the M6 threaded hole at the arm end (sold separately). Top mounting uses two mounting holes for secure installation.

Materials and finish
Body and lever arm: 1045 alloy steel. Cylinder: 4140 alloy steel. Handle: black phenolic plastic. All metal parts are electroless nickel plated for improved corrosion and wear resistance.
