Tapped shank locating pin MPAS series

Overview
These SpeedLoc MPAS flush-mount locating pins are designed for accurate, repeatable locating in tooling, fixturing and assembly operations. The flush head sits level with the fixture plate to permit unobstructed tooling and allow use in production environments. MPAS locators thread into compatible receivers or customer-designed applications. The self-extracting feature prevents binding during removal, preserving alignment accuracy and protecting fixture components. Material and mechanical properties support demanding industrial use: 180,000 psi minimum tensile strength and 140,000 psi minimum yield strength; heat-treated 4340 steel with black oxide finish.
