Description

Brief introduction CEMS-4000 VOC is an on-line emission monitoring system based on catalytic oxidation-FID technology, which can monitor volatile organic compounds (including total hydrocarbons, non-methane total hydrocarbons, etc.) in the flue gas. The system supports multiple installation methods, including wall-mounted installation, platform installation, cabin-type installation, etc. It can be widely used in oil and gas industry, electronics industry, automobile manufacturing industry, and pharmaceuticals. Principle CEMS-4000 VOC uses the principle of catalytic oxidation-FID. Due to the difference in structural stability between methane and non-methane molecules, special catalysts are used to oxidize non-methane molecules to CO2 and H2O under high temperatures while retaining CH4 molecules, thereby measuring the concentration of methane. The concentration of THC and CH4 are measured by FID, and the total hydrocarbon concentration of non-methane is obtained by the differential Features 1.
