Product overview
The FMC serie tre machining centres with 4 controlled axes are designed for drilling and milling operations on aluminium and steel profiles. The machine features a lighted FOM logo indicating machine status and can be fitted with the X FLOW system (FOM INDUSTRIE patent) for automatic orientation and optimisation of tool lubrication flow. Optional functions include interpolating-axis machining (3D Custom Milling Module), multi-piece machining, X PAL and, on the FMC 370 model, multi-piece pendular machining.

Integrated software

• FSTCam4: dedicated CAM package for extruded aluminium elements; manages design, machine setup, work lists and execution in a single application and uses advanced strategies to optimise cycle times and ensure part quality.
