Description

ProSnap (PSP) quick-release modules are now available for Prolink series 4.1. The ProSnap quick-release system is suitable for all types of the series concerned, i.e. for all surfaces and open areas. All PSP release systems come in the two POM and POM-MD (metal detectable) variants. The POM-MD variant can be used when detection systems are applied in the production process to identify foreign bodies. In particular, it’s the hygiene-critical food industry that wants a quick-release option so that the Prolink plastic modular belts can be opened and closed again quickly and easily using a release system. Particularly when cleaning is carried out, the ability to open and close the module chain quickly is a huge benefit. Design characteristics • Straight running belt | Pitch 14 mm (0.5 in) • Quick-Release for easy, quick and toolless opening and closing of the belt • One pin solution for entire belt width • Small pitch belt for applications requiring small transfer gaps • Hinges that open wide and flat channels on the underside ensure the belt is easy to clean • Unique sprocket design with rounded tooth edges provides ideal load distribution • Wide sprocket teeth ensure superior sprocket engagement and strength
