Description

The elastic EL 0/V10 LG-SE black 2.25 Transilon type with longitudinal grooves is made of a laterally stiff, semi-elastic hybrid fabric with polyester warp and weft threads. It lies very flat and tracks exceptionally straight. Even in the case of wide belts and very short center distances, this special fabric design guarantees superior tracking. In particular, this type can be used on conveyors without take-up units, horizontal conveyors, strip merges, for inclined conveying of unit goods, or as acceleration or metering belts. Applications • Horizontal conveying (metering) • Inclinded conveying of unit goods / containers • Accelerator belts • Braking belts • Conveyors without tensioning device • Parcel handling • Start-stop belts • Strip belt merge Properties/Advantages • Semi-elastic 1 ply hybrid fabric of polyester (special fabric construction) • Longitudinal groove top face pattern, high friction on top face • Very good self-tracking properties, perfect for short center distances and wide belts • Mechanical fasteners possible (dmin< = 40 mm) • Tension between 1.5% and 5.0%. When belts are supplied with pretension no take-up necessary (cost saving) • Flame-retardant accord. to EN 20340/ISO 340 and ASTM 378-D
