Application: Minced meat, hamburger, cevapcici, shaped products, pet food and convenience food The 600R+T multiloader consists of a retracting belt, a modular belt conveyor for plates and an automatic tray depositor. 1- Retracting belt • Height-adjustable feeding belt • The system includes a hygienic retracting belt with servo-controlled drive. • Discharge length: 600 mm, longer length up to 1,000mm also possible • With sensor detection for product placement 2- Modular belt conveyor for plates • Plate 600mm x 800mm (other sizes possible) • The plastic conveyor belt for sideways evacuation is equipped with a servo drive and is controlled via sensors. • Length: 4m, optional on customer request • With automatic plate detection and automatic switch-off 3- Automatic tray depositor • With automatic tray detection • Up to 100 trays a minute • Dimensions: max. 285mm (width) x 345mm (length), min. 115mm (width) x 115mm (length) • With vacuum tray fixation
