Product Information
The placeALL®620L is modular and offers a larger placement area than the placeALL®620. It handles a wide component range from 0201 chips up to fine-pitch parts with 0.3 mm pitch and BGAs, enabling flexible assembly of complex projects. With up to 284 feeder positions (configurable) and intelligent software, changeover times are minimised. The entire placement area can be used to assemble large PCBs (up to 910 × 430 mm).

Range of applications
SMT assembly and dispensing for low- to medium-volume production. Throughput: up to 10,500 components/hour (two heads); 6,000 (4600 / IPC9850).
