Description

Product Information
The placeALL®620 is a modular pick-and-place machine designed for small to medium series production. It handles a wide component spectrum from 0201 chips up to 70×70 mm fine-pitch parts (0.3 mm) and BGAs. The system supports up to 208 feeder positions and features software to minimise changeover time. placeALL®620 units can be used standalone or integrated into inline assembly systems (e.g. smartLINE) compliant with SMEMA.

Range of applications
SMT placement and dispensing for low to medium volume manufacturing, with throughput up to 10,500 components per hour (two heads) and 6,000 components per hour (other configurations: 4600 / IPC9850 reference).

Feeding units
Supports component feeding from tape, stick, tape strip, tray and loose components.

Component capability
From chips 0201 up to fine-pitch parts 70×70 mm (0.3 mm), including BGAs, µBGAs, CSPs, QFNs and custom parts such as connectors and wired THT-LEDs.
