APR-D POWER CONTROLLER
COMPACT AND PRECISE POWER CONTROL FOR YOUR INDUSTRIAL PROCESSES

The APR-D power controller from Fuji Electric is designed to accurately control the power supplied to industrial electrical loads. As the successor to the former αB and αC series, it incorporates a central processing unit that improves performance while helping reduce footprint, wiring, and overall integration costs.

APR-D FEATURES
  • Thyristor power controller with phase-angle and cycle control.
  • Available for single-phase 100/240 V AC and three-phase 200 to 240 V AC or 380 to 480 V AC circuits.
  • 50/60 Hz frequency with automatic detection in single-phase configuration.
  • Rated currents available: 20 A, 45 A, 60 A, and 100 A.
  • Suitable for resistive loads, inductive loads, transformer primary control, and rectifier primary control depending on configuration.
  • Available settings include automatic, manual, digital input, soft start, soft ramp down, and gradient adjustment.
  • Operating ambient temperature from -10 °C to +55 °C.

APPLICATIONS
The APR-D is suitable for voltage stabilization, industrial temperature control, and light intensity variation, particularly for welding stations and machines, electrical discharge machining equipment, film stretching equipment, electric furnaces, photo studios, and nurseries.
