In addition to a wide range of round rods, plates, profiles and filaments, we also offer a great variety of different tubes. Depending on individual requirements in the construction, production and design process, we can manufacture these from more than 30 thermoplastics in a wide variety of shapes and dimensions with the tightest tolerances. We can also produce special types in the co-extrusion process or the multi-layer process with up to 5 layers. ROUND TUBES We manufacture round and oval tubes between 2 – 400 mm outer diameter. The wall thickness can be defined individually. POLYGONAL TUBES We produce polygonal pipes with a cross-section of 5 – 180 mm. The wall thickness can be defined individually. PROFILE TUBES We manufacture profile tubes according to your individual requirements up to a cross-section size of 160 mm. STRIPED TUBES We can extrude tubes up to 3 colours as stripes or planes on or into the tube. The tube has a possible outside diameter of 5 – 50 mm and an individually defined wall thickness. SLOTTED TUBES We can slit tubes in the line, so that the tension in the tube results in a kind of snap fit. TRANSPARENT TUBES We manufacture transparent tubes with outside diameters between 2 mm and 160 mm in various materials and in the wall thicknesses you require. MULTI-CHAMBER TUBES We manufacture multi-chamber tubes with outside diameters from 6 to 160 mm and individual wall thicknesses. TUBE SURFACE We can influence the surface of the tubes, e.g. haptics, rubber lining, gloss, matting, roughness, graining.
