Thanks to it’s versatility and stability, the 5G vise can ensure high precision and repeatability of clamping. Anchoring brackets can be used to fix both jaw supports in place, stiffening the structure and minimising the deflection that normally occurs when clamping at a higher height, once the desired opening has been established. Furthermore, thanks to the screw system, which works in close proximity to the clamping surface, we have been able to significantly increase the height of the workpiece clamping without reducing the clamping force. HIGH SCREW SYSTEM The screw assembly positioned close to the clamping area optimizes the clamping forces generated and reduces deflection, creating the conditions for a stable, precise, and repeatable hold.
