IndiGo is a visible portable spectrometer designed to fit in the palm of your hand, offering modularity for multiple use cases. It enables measurement of emission, absorption, or transmission spectra from 380 nm to 780 nm, with a resolution of 1 nm (FWHM). IndiGo allows you to take spectral measurements anywhere at any time and is compatible with all tablets and smartphones equipped with Bluetooth 5.0.
Included Applications- SpectroLab PC: A Windows 10 application for spectrum analysis via USB-C connection.
- SpectroLab Android: An Android application for smartphones and tablets, connecting via Bluetooth.
Modular Extensions- Fiber optic adapter (Standard)
- Fluorescence with UVA excitation source
- Fluorescence with UVA and UVB excitation sources
- Laser induced fluorescence (LIF)
- Spectrophotometer: A cuvette holder module for absorption and fluorescence measurement on liquids in a cuvette
Calibration- Pre-calibrated on the nanometric scale (x-axis); intensity calibration is optional.
- SpectroLab allows recalibration on both the nanometric (x) and intensity (y) axes.
- Nanometric axis calibration can be performed with a compact fluorescent lamp or a mercury-argon lamp.
- Intensity axis calibration requires a calibrated lamp (e.g., halogen lamp); users can perform this themselves if they have the lamp.
