Optical Reader
It is designed to exchange information with electronic devices communicating using the IEC62056-21 protocol over the optical interface.
Used with GPRS or Ethernet communication terminals to read data from the meters.
The optical reader is attached to the metal surface on the optical port of the electricity meter with the arrow mark on the label pointing upwards.
