Overview
GKS-BC3015 automatic sheet metal bending machine designed for fully automatic, labor-saving bending. The system adapts to different part geometries without frequent replacement of upper and lower dies, enabling fast, repeatable production of bent sheet components.

Suction Cup Lifting Device
The suction cup lifting device raises folded sides or high-finish surfaces during feeding to avoid friction marks from brushes or contact with other parts. One of the four sides can be lifted to facilitate folding and unloading operations.

Bending Form
The CNC-linked bending die performs multi-side bending and supports right-angle, non-right-angle, arc and flattening bends, enabling complex part geometries without frequent die changes.

Linear Guide and Ball Screw
The machine uses linear guide rails and ball screws from Taiwan manufacturers (HIWIN / PMI / TBI) for higher positioning accuracy. Combined with a fully featured back gauge, this improves bending cycle time and repeatability.
