Our unique cupper (cupping system) is a mechanical press designed to shape extra wide metal blanks into multiple shallow, cup-like components through a process known as cupping. The press uses mechanical energy to cut (blanking) and force a metal sheet or blank into a die, where it is shaped into a “cup” form (cupping).
