Die-making specializes in dies for medium-sized, sophisticated car seat structural parts. Metal sheets with higher and highest strength contribute to weight savings in the automotive construction. This results simultaneously in stringent quality demands for the dies. Starting with process engineering, feasibility analysis, forming simulation including spring-back calculation and compensation, 3D design and cinematic simulation provide a reasonable basis for die-making. With integrated milestone-based project management, we are able to produce dies according to all customers’ requirements. We provide not only transfer and automation auxiliaries, fixtures for measurement and test gauges on demand, but also simulations of the automation process to minimize risks and enhance both quality and customer satisfaction. Lower Crossmember Back straight! The lower cross member is crucial for convenience and safety. Upper Crossmember Head up! This transfer die is used for head rest holder production. Sidemember LH Lean back! This transfer die is designed for forming of the side parts of the front seat backrest.
