X-frame assembly cells for complex manufacturing processes in the smallest of spaces
Sometimes the most extensive special-purpose machines are assembly cells. They combine all the usual manufacturing processes. Assemblies are produced on small manual workstations for single-piece production up to mass production in elaborate production lines.
The possibilities here are extremely diverse. Manual, semi-automatic and automatic manufacturing processes must be fulfilled for the manufacturing and production of the assemblies. To implement all these requirements without having to construct a new special frame for each process, we have developed X-frame, a highly flexible, modular machine frame that can be adapted to these requirements.
The advantage of this is that we have combined our experience into simple, standardized basic components. These meet the individual requirements and can be combined in a modular fashion to create systems of the greatest complexity.
Structure of assembly cells
X-frame standard components already fulfill most of the requirements for assembly cells.
Produced in quantities from one to series production
Assembly cells are manufactured in batch sizes of one, right up to series production.
For manual or fully automated production processes
Assembly cells for manual to fully automated manufacturing processes can be integrated.
