Description

Overview
The TX Series fiber laser tube cutting machine is engineered for precision cutting of carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum alloy tubes in round, square and oval profiles. It delivers high-speed, accurate, and flexible processing for pipe and profile fabrication, with configurations for zero-scrap cutting and heavy-tube handling.

Key Features
  • Zero Scrap — Cutting head can traverse the center chuck and cut in the opposite direction to achieve true zero end scrap. Integrated center and unloading chucks allow switching between large and small tubes without jaw changes.
  • Side-mounted Bed — Rigid side-mounted bed supports loading, cutting and unloading of up to 12 m tubes. Precision rack-and-pinion drive and roller linear guides ensure accurate transmission and sustained machine precision.
  • Follower-assisted Support — Automatic centering support follows pipe rotation and provides floating up/down support to prevent sagging during processing.
  • Loading and Unloading Device — Semi-automatic loading/unloading as standard for efficient material handling. Four sets of floating unloading pallets provide auxiliary support to improve processing accuracy.

Optional Configurations
  • Tri-chuck configuration — For heavy tube/profile processing with true 0 end scrap and up to 1500 kg load capacity; Han's bus control system for fast response and high efficiency.
  • Four-chuck & heavy-duty layout — Enables discharge at any position within travel range, avoiding manual handling zones; commutative four-chuck cutting and multiple clamping methods for 0 scrap.
  • Bevel-cut (groove) head — Fully independent groove cutting head suitable for bevel/groove cutting, seamless splicing and subsequent welding on steel structures and large pipes.

Cutting Samples
Sample images demonstrate cutting quality for round, square and profiled tubes, including precision bevel and groove cuts suitable for welding and assembly.
