Overview
The TD Series by Han's Laser Smart Equipment Group (Han's Laser) is a high-power CNC laser tube cutting machine designed to meet international industrial standards. Equipped with IPG/Han's laser sources and high-precision transmission components (rack-and-pinion, linear guides), it processes carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum alloy tubes (round, square, oval) with high speed, accuracy and industrial cost efficiency, intended for metal pipe fabrication applications.

  • Modular design, flexible combination: modular loading and unloading structures allow configurable layouts to match production needs.
  • Horizontal welded bed: horizontal structure with precision gear rack and linear guide rails for stable transmission; the lathe bed is stress-relieved welded, annealed, rough machined, vibration-aged and finish machined to ensure rigidity, precision and long-term stability.
  • Han's cutting head: capacitive sensor for high-precision detection and stable response.
  • Drive system: X/Y/Z linear axes plus A/B rotary axes driven by high-torque servo motors for high-speed, precise motion control.
  • Four-jaw self-centering pneumatic chuck: four-jaw roller pneumatic chuck with integrated self-centering clamping mechanism; welded plate construction with stress relief and precision finishing for high rigidity and excellent dynamic performance.
  • Internal negative-pressure dedusting: negative-pressure suction inside the pipe for clean, environmentally friendly operation.
  • Professional nesting software:
    • Includes cutting modules for intersecting-line, groove, hole, pattern and multi-angle cutting (WYSIWYG).
    • Generates CAM files and CNC cutting programs for round and square tube cutting.
    • Supports a variety of multi-axis CNC laser cutting machines.
    • Software support: Windows 98/2000/NT/Vista OS with Chinese and English interfaces (legacy OS support noted).

  • Semi-automatic feeding: front-mounted module for batch placement of pipes on shelves to reduce raw material preparation time.
