Overview
The PLT series fiber laser tube cutting machine is designed for cutting carbon steel, stainless steel, copper and aluminum alloy tubes (round, square, oval and special-shaped), profiles and other metal sections. It delivers high speed, precision and efficiency for industrial tube processing applications.

Key Features

• Horizontal bed structure: Horizontal layout with high-precision linear guide rails for smooth transmission and strong load capacity.
• Precision chucks: Precision transmission system to prevent contamination and maintain transmission accuracy. Triple-chuck arrangement with full-stroke capability on the 2nd and 3rd chucks to avoid gear changes between tube sizes.
• Floating support: Support units adapt to the tube rotation radius. Independent servo control provides fast response and high load capacity, ensuring stable positioning and improved machining accuracy.
• Floating support system (unloading): Fixed unloading with buffer and tilt-slide function, combined with vision-guided recognition for accurate identification and rapid sorting. 6 m floating unloading system with high load capacity handles tubes over 300 kg.
• Zero scrap: Cutting head can traverse the center chuck and cut in the opposite direction to achieve true zero scrap and maximize material utilization.

Optional Configurations

• Bevel-cut: Groove cutting head with independent intellectual property rights, designed for groove cutting and seamless splicing—suitable for welding requirements of steel structures and large pipes.
• Semi-automatic: Loading mechanism accepts rows of tubes and automatically completes loading, feeding and single-tube positioning to the chuck.
• Fully-automatic: Silo stacking for tube bundles with automatic loading, feeding and single-tube positioning to the chuck.
