Overview
MPS-T5 is an industrial optical fiber laser pipe cutting machine designed for high-precision cutting of round, square, rectangular and symmetric special-shaped tubes. The model adopts a gear-and-rack drive, pneumatic self-centering chucks and rotary propulsion to ensure consistent positioning and continuous rotation during processing. It supports single-piece lengths up to ≤6500mm and a wide range of wall thicknesses for structural and profile machining.

• High Strength Heavy Duty Welded Machine Bed: Welded profile structure with heat treatment and annealing for long-term rigidity and dimensional stability under thermal and dynamic load.
• Linkage Self-Centering Chuck: Front and rear two-pair linkage self-centering chucks with pneumatic automatic clamping for round, square, rectangular, I-beam and symmetric special profiles.
• Integrated CNC Forming Chuck: Fully enclosed chuck protection to prevent dust ingress; hardened wear-resistant moving parts and double roller gripper for stable clamping during rotation and processing.
• Variable-Diameter Wheel Support for Loading: Adjustable support wheels to feed and support long workpieces, reducing vibration and improving straightness and cutting accuracy.
• User-Friendly Operation Interface: Intuitive CNC interface with real-time processing feedback; fully enclosed cutting area with safety doors and observation windows.
• Frog Jumping Cutting: Intermittent (frog jumping) cutting mode reduces idle running time and increases throughput; each perforation point saves approx. 0.3s.
