Description

Product Overview
Refrigerated dryer designed to remove condensate from biogas streams by reducing gas temperature using direct or indirect cooling. Materials, explosion-protection arrangement, installation location and scope of supply are adapted to gas composition and site conditions.

How It Works & Product Features
  • Selectable direct- or indirect-cooling configuration.
  • Compatible with biogas, natural gas and coalbed methane.
  • Explosion-proof arrangement verified per project (BT4 / CT4).
  • Pressure dew point control: 2–3 °C (indirect cooling); 3–10 °C (direct cooling).
  • Material options: stainless steel S304 or S316 according to corrosion and gas chemistry.
  • Wide flow range: 200–3000 Nm³/h; fan and compressor pressure ratings suitable for gas-treating applications.

Main Technical Specifications
