Description

Overview
SD3 is an automated self-feeder drilling head designed for compact drilling stations and CNC setups. It features an oil damper for air feed or a hydraulic valve to control feeding rate. Spindle nose accuracy is < 0.003 mm and maximum drilling capacity reaches 6 mm in S45C. The unit performs drilling, chamfering, reaming and countersinking operations with options for fixed or variable-speed drives.
