Overview
The PBA-Industry panel processing machine is built for cutting and machining large engineered timber panels (CLT/BSP) with maximum dimensions up to 16.50 m length, 3.66 m width and 400 mm thickness. The machine is modular and can be equipped or retrofitted with specific units to meet production requirements.

Processing capabilities
The PBA-Industry machines a wide range of timber materials: solid timber, glued beams, cross-laminated timber (CLT), multi-layer panels and sandwich panels. Workpieces usually do not require clamping; with appropriate fixtures parts can be positioned arbitrarily. Position detection is performed via laser pointer and camera and displayed to the operator. Optional fully automatic part measurement is available for curved or randomly placed parts.
